Diaper Creams
The two I recommend and use all the time are:
Aquaphor
Aquaphor
This I use as a preventative diaper cream. Apply a little to the diaper area at every change.
Egyptian Magic
Egyptian Magic
This is essentially a skin cream and not a diaper cream but it's list of all natural ingredients and gentle nature really does perform magic on a diaper rash.
Swaddle Blankets
Aden and Adais
Aden and Anais muslim swaddle blankets are great. The fabric is totally breatheable. They are light enough for warm weather and warm enough for cold.
Miracle Blanket
The Miracle Blanket is a great swaddle blanket for your active little ones.
Diaper Bins
There are more and more options for diaper bins now. My two favorites are:
Dekor
The diaper dekor: which can be used as a regular bin after your baby is out of diapers.
Ubbibin
The Ubbi diaper bin: which is a new diaper bin that doesn't require special liners. It also contains the smell better.
Bottles
Avent
I most commonly use the Avent bottles, as the wide nipple is similar to the mother's breast.
Bornfree
I also like the Born Free bottle which is almost identical to the Avent bottle.
Dr Brown's
If you have a particularly gassy baby I would recommend the wide neck Dr Brown's bottle.
Breast Pads
Comfort Gel
The comfort gel breast pads create a moist healing environment which provides a cool, soothing relief to nursing moms with sore or cracked nipples. In my experience they help the mom heal quicker and more effectively than lanolin cream.
Monitors
I would always recommend a video monitor. It gives a new parent peace of mind being able to see their baby and know everything is ok.

The two monitors I recommend for the best picture and reception are:
The Mobicam
The Mobicam
The Summer
The Summer video monitor
Car Seats
There are many infant car seats to choose from. The current top 3 safest models are:
Graco
Graco SnugRide 35
Chicco
Chicco Keyfit 30
Britax
Britax B Safe
Toys
Toys
Baby's first toys don't need to be flashy. I favor the wooden toys as you don't have the concerns of PBA plastics. The Haba toys are good for a baby to grasp and have just enough color and noise to keep your baby happy and interested, without being over stimulated. They are not too heavy and are easy to hold. These toys are also very well made.
Strollers
Again there are many strollers to choose from. Once you have checked all the safety features, it then comes down to personal choice..
Two of my favorites for ease of use and durability are:
The city
The City Select Stroller
The Uppababy
The Uppababy Stroller
